The 2026 edition (our tenth!) will be held at BolognaFiere: one of the most important exhibition centres in Italy, located in a strategic position in the “Food Valley”. It’s easy to reached from anywhere in Italy or abroad, and its welcoming infrastructure can improve the visitor experience while making it easier for sector professionals to meet each other and do business. The change in venue was necessary since this trade show is growing every year.
